On Wednesday, September 9, 2009 attorney Mark Lassiter will speak at the Arizona Inn in Tucson to the State Bar’s Real Property Law Section on the subject of Drafting ADR Clauses in Real Property Agreements. The continuing legal education ("CLE") program is a repeat of Mr. Lassiter’s popular CLE program given to the State Bar’s Intellectual Property Section at the State Bar Convention in Tucson on June 19, 2008, and again in Phoenix on October 23, 2008.

Mr. Lassiter will be joined by his attorney/arbitrator colleagues Bruce Meyerson, Dave Tierney, Shawn Aiken, Amy Lieberman and Ruth Franklin, among others, for this popular CLE program, which reviews and analyses advanced, current “Hot” topics in private arbitration practice under the Federal and Arizona Arbitration Acts. The panelists, all experienced arbitrators and attorneys in commercial, construction, real estate and/or labor and employment law, will review recent arbitration cases, legislative developments, and important topics and trends in private arbitration law and practice.
