Sean P. St. Clair
Mr. St. Clair's practice centers on real estate, construction, and business litigation and transactions.
In the real estate area, Mr. St. Clair has represented some of the nation's largest banks and lending institutions in litigation and collection matters. In the construction area, he has represented property owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in the defense and prosecution of construction defect and collection claims. He has also prepared construction contracts for property owners, general contractors, and subcontractors to be used in multi-million dollar residential and commercial projects.
Mr. St. Clair has represented clients before the Superior Court for the State of Arizona, United States District Court for the District of Arizona, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, and the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. St. Clair was a Law Clerk to the Honorable William F. Garbarino of the Arizona Court of Appeals. While in law school, Mr. St. Clair was the Associate Managing Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal.
