Daniel L. Miranda
Mr. Miranda helps his clients maneuver through complex legal situations arising in their business, commercial real estate and construction matters. As a commercial trial attorney, Mr. Miranda provides counsel and advice in evaluating the risks and rewards of litigation in the context of the overall business mission. Having litigated commercial disputes, he also helps his clients avoid common pitfalls in entering business contracts. He has significant experience in representing clients in partnership disputes, business dissolutions, commercial real estate disputes, construction actions, unfair competition matters, asset planning and risk management for non-profit corporations and general business transactions, disputes and appeals.
Before practicing law, Mr. Miranda was a Law Clerk to the Honorable John C. Gemmill of the Arizona Court of Appeals. While in law school, Mr. Miranda was a Staff Writer for the Arizona State Law Journal. He is now a senior member of the Lassiter Law Firm.
